This route avoids the unpredictable mountain flights and instead allows you to travel overland from Kathmandu to Salleri or Thamdanda, enjoying beautiful landscapes, rivers, waterfalls, and traditional villages along the way.
The trek begins from the road-head and slowly ascends through the classic Everest trail, passing Sherpa settlements like Phakding, Namche Bazaar, Tengboche, Dingboche, and Lobuche, leading all the way to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m) and the viewpoint of Kala Patthar (5,545 m).
