Discover the breathtaking beauty of Pokhara Valley, a paradise of serene lakes, majestic Himalayan views, vibrant culture, and exciting adventure activities. From the peaceful Phewa Lake to stunning sunrise views and thrilling outdoor experiences, Pokhara offers the perfect blend of nature, relaxation, and adventure for every traveler.
The moment you step off the plane at Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) in Kathmandu, your seamless journey with us begins.
After landing, you will head through immigration to secure your Visa-on-Arrival (if you haven't pre-applied) and collect your luggage from the baggage carousel.
Once you exit the arrivals terminal building, look directly ahead at the arrival waiting area. Our airport representative will be standing there waiting for you, holding a distinct [Movetomountain] placard with your name clearly printed on it.
You will be greeted with a traditional Nepali welcome—a warm "Namaste" and a Marigold garland or a Khada (traditional silk scarf) as a symbol of good luck and safe travels.
Our representative will help you carry your luggage to your private, air-conditioned vehicle. Your driver will then navigate Kathmandu’s vibrant streets directly to your hotel, ensuring a smooth, stress-free transfer.
After helping you check into your hotel room, our representative or your lead tour guide will conduct a brief orientation meeting. We will go over your itinerary timings for the coming days, answer any immediate questions, and let you rest and unpack.
To make your Pokhara Valley tour comfortable, safe, and enjoyable, we recommend carrying the following essential gears:
The absolute best months to visit are September to November (Autumn) and March to May (Spring). During these windows, the skies are crystal clear, offering pristine, unobstructed views of the Annapurna and Machhapuchhre mountain ranges. The winter months (December–February) are also good but can be quite chilly in the mornings, while June to August brings the monsoon rains, which can obscure mountain views.
2 to 3-day itinerary is the sweet spot for a standard valley tour. This allows you to catch the sunrise at Sarangkot, explore the core lakeside attractions, visit the caves and waterfalls, and take a relaxed boat ride across Phewa Lake without feeling rushed.
Absolutely! Pokhara is a world-famous hub for adventure sports. We can easily integrate tandem paragliding (flying from Sarangkot), zip-lining, ultra-light flights, or bungee jumping into your itinerary. Just let our booking agent know in advance so we can secure your time slots with certified pilots.
